This found horseshoe crab originates from over 450 million years ago and is considered a living fossil.  

This part of the horseshoe crab is the hard outer shell that covers the top of the animal. It has been hand painted and studded with precise detail. The individual characteristics of the crab have been used to make a completely unique design, so no two are the same. It can hang on the wall or sit on a surface (like a bookshelf or coffee table).

This horseshoe crab has been found on the east coast beaches of North America and has died of natural causes and was not killed for sport.
